PRIVATE FACE-TO-FACE OR ONLINE YOGA SESSION

Whether you are making your way back to Yoga after an injury, you are working on specific asanas, you are exploring Yoga as a way to improve your performance in another sport, or you are looking for personalised support and practices tailored to your needs and goals, I would be happy to guide and support you on your Yoga journey.

I come to you and you get ‘homework’ to keep you on track between in between sessions.
